Course Booking Information
At Verity Consultancy, we offer a range of training courses to support care providers in meeting the CQC’s Fundamental Standards and Key Lines of Enquiry. Our courses are designed to help you and your team develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the care industry, and we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all of our students.
We offer a range of courses throughout the year, and you can find a list of our current course offerings on our website. If you don’t see the course you are interested in listed, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment for courses can be made by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. You will receive an invoice for the course fee prior to the start of the course, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start of the course, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
